Meditation in Nature

I have been learning and practising Meditation with several different teachers for a good few years now. I have come to realise how valuable and beneficial this practice can be. Yet it is not at all easy. There are many different ways to practise meditation. Also there is no right or wrong way to meditate. It is good to make a start in whatever way we are drawn to. It is good that there is lots of choice available. I trust that we find our way to the right teacher at the right time.

I am not an expert in meditation. Yet I feel ready to share my experience of meditation to explore this practice further. The purpose is to be together and meditate to be able to benefit from the group energy. I feel meditating with other people helps all of us strengthen our meditation practice.

The purpose of offering these sessions is to be more present in the body and therefore in the present moment, and also integrate this quality in everyday life. We will use breath and some Vedic Mantras. Please bring along any questions you may have about meditation, we will explore them together. Please feel free to invite your friends/family as this is not just for Reiki students.

The next Exploring Meditation session will be on Sunday 23rd October, 3 pm to 5 pm. This session is for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
Venue: My home – N5 1PU.
Cost: Voluntary contribution.
