I believe that there are three main keys to our wellbeing – healthy eating, exercise and a spiritual practice. I learnt Reiki in 2001 and it has been my spiritual practice ever since. I feel that it is one of the best things I ever learnt. Reiki helps me with whatever I need – developing better awareness of who I am, being increasingly more at ease within myself, with people in my life, with what is happening in my life and in the world around me. I have been teaching Reiki for more than six years now.

I feel that just as a car needs the right fuel to run efficiently, our body needs nutritious food to be healthy. I have always enjoyed food – cooking as well as eating. Over the years I have become very interested in nutritional healing and love to share my learning with my Reiki students.

My preferred mode of exercise for many years was Yoga. I am now drawn to QiGong and have been practising it regularly for the last four years.

A combination of my daily Reiki practice, healthy eating and regular Qigong practice has been very beneficial for me. I give myself a Reiki treatment everyday. Learning Reiki enables anyone to be able to do this – quickly and easily.

I celebrated my fiftieth birthday this year and feel happy about getting older – and wiser hopefully. I find that if I look after my health and wellbeing I can accept the changes that age brings with more grace and ease.
