I like what I have learnt from Alissa Vitti about looking after my hormonal health through natural means – especially through ‘food’. Some of you who know me may be aware that I am passionate about healthy eating. So I really enjoyed watching her on Dr Oz show talking about this topic. I am looking forward to trying the 4 week food plan she is suggesting in the show.
